1-Kh / ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលធ្វើបាតុកម្មទីក្រុងប៉ារីស៍ ថ្ងៃទី21 ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ2017 សកម្មជនរបស់យើងបានប្រមូលហត្ថលេខា ចំនួន 1500 នៅក្នុងប្រទេសបារាំង និងអឺរ៉ុប ដើម្បីដាក់ ពាក្យបណ្តឹង ទៅសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិ។

នៅថ្ងៃទី 23 ខែតុលាឆ្នាំ 2017 គណៈប្រតិភូ 4 នាក់ (លោកស្រី Marica Hertzog, លោក CHAN Khémarin, TEP Monorom និង HAM Bunchhay)) បានប្រគល់ញត្តិ ទៅឱ្យដល់ដៃប្រធានាធិបតីសាធារណរដ្ឋបារាំង លោក Emmanuel Macron, តាមរយៈ ផ្ទះកិត្តិយស អេលីសេ។

យើងបានទទួលចម្លើយជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ដូចខាងក្រោមនេះ:

- ចម្លើយពី ប្រធានខុទ្ទកាល័យ របស់លោកប្រធានាធិបតីនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋបារាំងនៅថ្ងៃទី 10.11.2017;

- ចម្លើយពី ប្រធានខុទ្ទកាល័យរបស់រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការបរទេសបារាំង និង អឺរ៉ុប នៅថ្ងៃទី 1/22/2018;

ភ្ជាប់មកជាមួយ: លិខិតស្នើសុំ នីង ចម្លើយទាំងពីរខាងលើ។

យើងរួមគ្នាប្រយុទ្ធដើម្បី:

- អនុវត្ត "កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទីក្រុងប៉ារីសសន្តិភាពនៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជា 23 ខែតុលាឆ្នាំ 1991"។

- សុំអោយសហគមន៍អន្ដរជាតិដាក់ទណ្ឌកម្មធ្ងន់ធ្ងរបំផុតទៅលើ របបផ្តាច់ការ លោកហ៊ុនសែន។

- ការស្ដារឡើងវិញនៃសេរីភាពជាមូលដ្ឋាននិងប្រជាធិបតេយ្យនៅកម្ពុជា។

- ការដោះលែងលោកគឺមសុខានិងអ្នកទោសនយោបាយទាំងអស់។

2-Fr / Durant l            a manifestation du 21 octobre 2017, nos militants et activistes ont collecté environ 1500 signature, en France et Europe, complétant le dossier- revendication (pétition) adressé aux communautés internationales.
Le 23 octobre 2017, une délégation de 4 personnes ( Mme Marica Hertzog, MM. CHAN Khémarin, TEP Monorom et HAM Bunchhay) a remis la pétition en main-propre au Président de la République M. Emmanuel MACRON, via la loge d'honneur de l'Elysée.

Nous avons reçu successivement les réponses suivantes :

-       la réponse du Chef de Cabinet du Président de la République Française , le 10/11/2017 ;

-       la réponse du Chef de Cabinet du Ministère de l’Europe et des Affaires Etrangères, le 22/01/2018 ;

Ci-jointes : - la lettre de pétition ; la réponse du chef de Cabinet du Président de la République ; la réponse du Chef de Cabinet du Ministère de l’Europe et des Affaires Etrangères,

Ensemble, nous luttons pour réclamer :

-         Les Applications strictes des «Accords de Paix de Paris sur le Cambodge du 23 octobre 1991» ;

-         Des sanctions les plus sévères par la Communauté Internationale à l’encontre du régime HUN SEN;

-         Le rétablissement des libertés fondamentales et la démocratie au Cambodge ;

-         La libération de M. KEM SOKHA et de tous les prisonniers politiques..

3-Ang / During the big demonstration of October 21, 2017, our activists collected about 1500 signatures, in France and Europe, completing the file-claim (petition) addressed to the international communities.
On October 23, 2017, a delegation of 4 people (Mrs. Marica Hertzog, MM. CHAN Khémarin, TEP Monorom and HAM Bunchhay) delivered the petition personally to the President of the Republic Mr. Emmanuel MACRON, via the lodge of honor of the Elysée.

We have successively received the following answers:

- the response of the Head of Cabinet of the President of the French Republic, 10/11/2017;

- the response of the Head of Cabinet of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, 22/01/2018;

Attached: - the petition letter; the response of the Chief of Cabinet of the President of the Republic; the response of the Head of Cabinet of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs,

Together, we fight to claim:

- The Strict Applications of the "Paris Peace Agreement on Cambodia of 23 October 1991";

- The most severe sanctions by the international community against the HUN SEN dictatorship regime;

- The restoration of fundamental freedoms and democracy in Cambodia;

- The release of M. KEM SOKHA and all political prisoners.
