A mother and daughter nearly fell victim to a phone snatching in front of Phnom Penh’s medical university on Tuesday.
While catching a ride with dad, the family was sprung upon by four thugs on motos trying to pinch mum’s mobile, with limited success.
The thugs then changed tack, shoving the family off their moto entirely before trying to steal that instead.
Thankfully, the ensuing ruckus raised by the family attracted the attention of passersby, dissuading the thieves from further foul deeds.
