A drunken delinquent tried to pick a fight with police instead of following his friends’ example and fleeing the scene.
A group of intoxicated idiots stood in the middle of the road in Poipet town on Wednesday night, blocking oncoming traffic.
When police arrived at the scene, all but one of the misbehaving miscreants took flight. The one simple-minded straggler decided to hang back and insult police until the cops cuffed him.
The blasted buffoon then begged for mercy, a request the police shockingly approved as they brought him home with no further legal action.
