A Nigerian man, whose phone was snatched by a thief on Sisowath Quay in Daun Penh district, was at the receiving end of righteousness after a bunch of bystanders intervened to assist.
His calls for assistance soon attracted a crowd who quickly encircled the phone-snatcher until the police arrived and apprehended him. The phone has since been returned to its owner.
