Two teens decided to get their criminal enterprising started early with drug use and a planned break-in in the capital.
Police pulled over the pups yesterday when they noticed they were riding a motorbike with no headlight.
Their suspicious behaviour convinced cops a more thorough search was necessary, upon which drugs and lock-picking equipment were discovered.
The young users and prospective home burglars were arrested and await charges.
