A phone shop owner was in a slumber so deep that he was oblivious to a theft that occurred right where he was sleeping – in his shop in Kampong Thom province’s Baray district.
More than 150 smartphones worth an estimated $10,000 were stolen by a burglar suspected to be a young chap, based on the size of the smallish footprints he left behind.
Police are working to nab the presumably diminutive burglar, who is believed to have climbed into the shop, as the doors had been locked for the owner’s nap.
