An inebriated man in the capital’s Sen Sok district went to withdraw some cash from an ATM over lunch yesterday, only to have it forcibly withdrawn from him moments later.
Two good-for-nothing youths – deciding to cash in on the chance to make a fast buck – zipped past the man on their motorbike and snatched his wallet.
The man, however, put up a struggle and obstructed their escape. As luck would have it, patrolling police appeared just in time to arrest the delinquent duo.
