A man put his competence as a criminal to the test on Sunday, only to fail terribly. The crafty crook had stolen a motorbike from the capital’s Por Sen Chey district and promptly changed its number plate.
Thinking that it’d now be unidentifiable, the smug suspect cruised past the motorbike owner’s home, only to be stopped by the astute owner, whose suspicions were confirmed after a round of inspection.
He immediately handed the rotten robber over to the police.
