មនុស្ស ៦នាក់លើរូបថតរួមតែមួយនេះ ជាឥស្សរជននយោបាយ មកពីគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ដែលត្រូវបានតុលាការខ្មែរក្រហមកោះហៅតាំងពីឆ្នាំ ២០០៩ ឲ្យទៅបំភ្លឺ ចំពោះមុខចៅក្រម។ តែអ្នកទាំងនោះ មិនបានទៅបង្ហាញមុខខ្លួន នៅតុលាការទេ មកទល់នឹងថ្ងៃនេះ។ តើមាននរណាបានតាមចាប់ជនល្មើសទាំងនោះទេ? បទល្មើសដែលអាចពាក់ព័ន្ធជាមួយបុគ្គលទាំង ៦ រូបនោះ គឺជាឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មប្រឆាំងមនុស្សជាតិ មិនមែនជារឿងផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនកំប៉ិកកំប៉ុក ដូចរឿងដែលគេកំពុងតែចោទប្រកាន់លោក កឹម សុខា នោះទេ។
(*) The six persons shown together on a single photo here are well-known CPP political figures whom the Khmer Rouge Tribunal has summonsed since 2009 in order for them to testify before the Judge.
But these persons have never shown up at the Tribunal as of today. Have any authorities ever considered arresting them with regard to their offence consisting in not responding to the court summons? Crimes that these six persons might possibly be involved in are related to crimes against humanity, not petty crimes -- if any -- related to a person’s private life as the ones Mr. Kem Sokha is now accused of having committed.
