ទីក្រុងនូយ៉ក (៣១ ឧសភា ២០១៦) - អគ្គលេខាធិការ អ.ស.ប លោក បាន គីមូន បានសម្តែងកង្វល់ “អំពីភាពតានតឹងកំពុងកើនឡើងរវាងគណបក្សកាន់អំណាច និងគណបក្សប្រឆាំងនៅកម្ពុជា ជាពិសេស ការចាប់ខ្លួន ឬការប៉ុនប៉ងចាប់ខ្លួនសមាជិកសភា ដែលមានអភ័យឯកសិទ្ធិសភា។” លោកបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា “បរិយាកាសមួយនៃការសន្ទនាបែបប្រជាធិបតេយ្យដែលគ្មានការគំរាមកំហែងគឺសំខាន់សម្រាប់ស្ថិរភាពនយោបាយ និងសង្គមមួយដែលមានសន្តិភាព និងវិបុលភាព។” នេះបើតាមអ្នកនាំពាក្យរបស់លោកដែលបានមានប្រសាសន៍ទាក់ទងនឹងភាពចលាចលកាលពីពេលថ្មីៗនេះនៅកម្ពុជា។ អ្នកនាំពាក្យរបស់លោកមានប្រសាសន៍ដូចនេះនៅក្នុងអំឡុងពេលសំណួរ-ចម្លើយ នៅវគ្គសង្ខេបព័ត៌មានពេលរសៀល នៅទីក្រុងនូយ៉ក។Phnom Penh (31 May 2016) – The UN Resolution on Action Against Corruption (A/RES/51/59), adopted by the General Assembly on 28 January 1997, is still as relevant today as it was nearly 20 years ago. The first general principle states: “A public office, as defined by national law, is a position of trust, implying a duty to act in the public interest. Therefore, the ultimate loyalty of public officials shall be to the public interests of their country as expressed through the democratic institutions of government.”
