“Always be prepared” is sound advice, but there is also such a thing as being overprepared.
Such was the case when three young men, who had just concluded a night’s clubbing in the capital’s Sen Sok district, were stopped by patrolling police on Wednesday night.
Two bricks were discovered in their bags, allegedly reserved for self-defence.
They have since been sent to the Sen Sok district police office, where they may come up against a brick wall trying to defend their actions.
