You can only imagine how distraught a woman was when she woke up to one dead dog, another unconscious, and a missing motorbike.
The woman living in Kampong Chhnang province’s Teuk Phos district had heard her pets barking at 1am but dismissed it as normal, not expecting one to have been poisoned to death and another knocked out by a group of motorbike thieves. She has since filed a complaint to the police.
