A young Phnom Penh delinquent decided his first foray into the crime world would be in the form of dog-snatching on Wednesday.
The boy was with an adult companion when the pair pinched a pup from a nearby villager in the capital’s Meanchey district.
The pair fled by motorbike with police in hot pursuit.
Realising the jig was up, the boy’s adult companion jumped from the bike and took off on foot, leaving his young protege to foot the bill for their crime.
