Dear Colleagues and Compatriots,
We are very pleased to send this Petition Package out to you in support of a DC-based human rights organization, CAHRAD ( http://www.cahrad.org/cahrad2016/index.php/home ). They are seeking your active leadership and involvement in collecting people's signatures at your local levels.
As concerned Cambodian in North America, we want our respective government, the US and Canada to call for a meeting of all the signatories of the Paris Peace Accords 1991 in light of the seriousness, a sustain attack on opposition critics, human rights and NGOs, especially human rights defenders.
Please get as many Signature Form filled as possible by any concerned Khmers living in your community. This signature collection process will end on June 10, 2016.
